first timers // what to expect
Never been to a Revolve Session before? We offer a free session to all local residents — no strings attached!
Our sessions are designed for all levels of fitness. On your first visit, you'll be greeted by one of our instructors who will set you up with a heart rate monitor and show you the equipment you'll be using in the session. From there you'll be assigned a lane and the rest is all SWEAT!

How should I prepare for my first Revolve session?
Bring: Water


Arrive 15 min. early
Be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day or night before your session.

Arrive 15 minutes early to your session. On arrival one of our team members will ask you
a few fitness related questions and answer any questions you may have. We have lockers for you to lock up any belongings you may have.

After showing you the studio and explaining the workout you'll be given a heart rate monitor and assigned a lane

what's the workout like?
Revolve blends strength training with a solid dose of cardio for the most efficient 50 minutes of your day.
Every class is coach-led from start to finish, we demo the movements, offer modifications when you need them, and guide you through the entire workout so you never feel lost.
You’ll finish with a yoga-inspired cool down and a chilled lavender towel. Designed for all fitness levels… just show up, we’ll handle the rest.
